During the 80’s in South Korea and even till this day, instant ramen has been a staple of the Korean people’s diet being served anywhere from highway rest stops to established bars and restaurants. It’s not uncommon to see ramen being enjoyed while standing on high tops or more so on a foldable coffee table in the living rooms of people’s homes while sitting on the floor. Therefore, directionally ramen went from the kitchen to the table to a pair of chopsticks, hence the name…Table To Stix
